Overview of Competencies and Certifications

The customer wants a dedicated feature to manage skills and certifications for each employee. The request includes the following:

The ability to record courses, certifications, and proof of qualifications for each individual employee, along with their respective expiration dates. The system should send a notification in advance of expiration—for example, one month in advance—so that the administrator can follow up in a timely manner.

A consolidated overview (competency matrix) for each employee and across the entire organization would be ideal.

It was mentioned that tasks can be used as a temporary solution, but that a dedicated feature would provide a significantly better user experience and overview.
